In 2013, Mr. Ricca established The Law Offices of Michael H. Ricca P.C. in Westbury, New York as a solo practitioner handling cases at the state, federal, and appellate levels with a primary focus on criminal defense, traffic issues, and litigation.Mr. Ricca holds a BA in Political Science from Binghamton University with dual concentrations in politics and law and received his MBA from Adelphi University specializing in management and human resources. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center where he focused on criminal law.
Admitted to practice law in the State of New York as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, Mr.Ricca is an active member of various legal associations including Nassau County Bar Association.
